Campfire!

We had a very busy winter carnival this year! As a new event we added a camp fire on Burleigh to the Saturday evening events.

I'm happy to say that Max and I (and Daisy) had a great time! So I would have liked a few more folks to come along, but hey - we had fun!

The weather was cold and crisp and the sky was totally clear - stars galore. There was no wind and we heard an owl the whole time were were up there. Russ was saying that great horned owls are sitting on their young at this time of year - pretty crazy considering how cold it was.

We had a great camp fire, roasted s'mores and told silly stories until the fire died down and we headed back to campus.
