Challenge Course Fundamentals

Had lunch with Christian up at PSU today. I'm going to be teaching a freshman class in the Adventure Education core curriculum on challenge course facilitation.

I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to working with future adventure ed practitioners. I remember how excited I was about climbing and camping and being outdoors with people when I was a freshman in college. At the time there was nothing like this available. It was only in the mid 90's that this kind of program came to the University of Maine.

Imagine that, me molding 12 future instructors / program managers? Scary huh!
