Raystown Lake Fieldstation

Back in the 90's I had the chance to be an intern at the Raystown Lake Field Station in Huntingdon, PA. This was a field research site for Juniata College that was not only a place for university level research but also provided science programs to local high schools and conducted a maple sugaring operation.

Reflecting back on this experience I realize it has shaped much of my hopes and dreams for Burleigh. Of course we also have the strong adventure component as well.

Chuck has certainly also grown his program in the last 10 years as you will see from all the new building and broad programming they offer.

It is an interesting model to consider for a direction for Burleigh.
